  • We have found that auto-leveling of resources tends to have three problems
    • Program trys to change duration, when you usually don't have that option.
    • Program trys to split activities, which tends not to be realistic.
    • If you set the options to prevent the above behaviors, the program fails to auto-level, thus you are still left with manually fixing the over-allocation.
  • We believe our approach of moving over-allocation to another resource mimics real-world situtations.
