Management Summary The "AlNik Solutions, LLC" management is comprised of experienced program managers and business professionals in the project and workforce management field. Our management team possesses a breadth of functional experience in project and resource management, product development, and the marketing of emerging products and technologies. Mr. Albro and Mr. Nikodem, the founders of AlNik Solutions, currently share the senior management responsibilities with Mr. Nikodem, as the Managing partner, directs Business Operations and Business Development, directing the sales and marketing, finance, and customer service efforts, while Mr. Albro, as Research & Development Manager, directs the product development operations, production and customer support and training efforts. The organizational structure and personnel plan reflect our intentions to maintain an organization that is customer oriented and technologically proficient.   Management Team Les Nikodem Sr. Partner Mr. Nikodem, after serving with the U.S. Navy, enrolled in The Ohio State University, and later worked in the aerospace industry and as general manager of a small business in the computer graphics industry. He settled into a career at Battelle Memorial Institute where he worked for a number of years in engineering design, project administration, business management and retired as contracting officer. It was while at Battelle that he, and Mr. Albro, first developed the project management software tool now associated with AlNik Solutions as PMPlan. Carl Albro Sr. Partner Mr. Albro, after completing his Bachelors at UMass, and Masters degrees at M.I.T., and the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution, went to work for, and eventually retired from Battelle Memorial Institute where he has served as an ocean engineer and senior program manager. Mr. Albro has extensive project and program management experience and he and Mr. Nikodem, while working with project management planning and control issues at Battelle, first developed the project management software tool now associated with AlNik Solutions as PMPlan.
