PMPlanLT is a fully functional limited edition of PMPlan, and is limited to (30 WBS elements, 10 resources, 270 working days).
PMPlan is aligned with, and adheres to the Principles of Earned Value Management Systems as outlined in the Electronic Industries Alliance (EIA) Standard, EIA-748-A, adopted by EIA in accordance with the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) patent policy. The Following objective and Principles are quoted directly from this Standard:
"An Earned Value Management System (EVMS) for program management will effectively integrate the work scope of a program with the schedule and cost elements for optimum program planning and control. The primary purpose of the system is to support Program management. The system is owned by the company and is governed by the company policies and procedures."
PMPlan provides the Project Manager with:
- meaningful, but comprehensive and effective Work Breakdown Structure oriented project plans, with Resource loading and management appropriate to achieving the project goals and expectations.
- organization, understanding and management of the requirements, objectives, deliverables,
expectations, and the events associated with the project goals.
- timely and effective status and performance updates of progress against the planned goals, with reports targeting the Value Earned on critical expectations of the project plan.
PMPlan can generate a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) dictionary. PMPlan can also export or copy elements of the project plan, including text, tables, graphics and the project plan into an array of other proposal and report supporting tools and enhancements.
The price to upgrade to the standard edition of PMPlan is $320 USD for each User License, electric download. Once payment clears, AlNik will email a unique serial number for each license key purchased.
